If the subsequent demonization by his constituency (and your party) is the fault of those who outed him, the demonization of all other gay people is their own fault for coming out of the closet.
Funny how you reject the unintended consequences of voting for the GOP's anti-gay platform, but you would have gay activists eat the unintended consequences of seeking to have their lifestyle seen as normal and commonplace by pointing out that beloved Patch leaders are gay, too.
