I hate to say it, but I love Howard Dean for one reason. The guy is honest. If they could find someone as honest and passionate, and who off less as crazy, and maybe just a tad to the right on social issues and spending, I'd probably support him over quite a few (not necessarily most) Republicans.

Bottom line: 2 gold stars to a politician who appears to be honest, i.e., a politician who isn't afraid to tell you bad news while he's running.

To me, Howard Dean is in an entirely different league than John Kerry. He's closer to a Jim Thompson Republican from back in the day.
