I didn't ignore it. I went home to watch Wonk Monster so that his mom could take Wonk Princess to her driving lesson. It's harder posting anything that requires any length of response with an 8 year old screaming in your ear to go hook up his new video game.

I don't agree with it, but I don't really have anything to address it with other than the fact that I am not, by and large, in favor of behemoth corporations engaging in essentially public duties. I believe the multi-year large scale contracts are a barrier to entry that keeps the universe of contractors small. I think this is largely for the benefit of said contractors.

I agree with those members of Congress, the business community, and public activists who have long opposed the current system of government procurement because it supports and fosters an oligopoly.

There. Is that better?
