Apologies ain't the point. The real thing would be for the Islamic peoples and their Imans to condemn terrorism not in English, and not tongue in cheek or in the same breath as dogging Israel. The thing would be for Islamic people to rat out the extremists so they can be arrested before they take over my kids schools. Do Islamic people rat out their neighbors? Maybe. I hope so.
As to my guilt for slavery, I can say that if alive back then I would condemn slavery and maybe even work to end it. That's all anyone would ask.
