I think its pretty well established that Rudolph spent some time indoors, sheltering in basements and outbuildings of some unnamed folks.

P.S. We don't need to kill the sympathizers, though, until the activists do something big. (More to the point, we're not quite so comfortable advocating extermination with a magical nuke of those whose beliefs are not _so_ far away from one end of our American political mainstream.)
