Russia Ready to Strike Against 'Terror' Worldwide

So, I certainly know where they're coming from, but for some reason this makes me a
teensy bit uncomfortable. Is this what the rest of the world felt like when the headlines three years ago were the same, but with "U.S." instead of "Russia"?
