Left unable to explain very likely forged documents and where they came from, an obvious attempt by somebody (right-wingers must have done it because no left-winger would ever do such a thing, heavens no......) to improperly and possibly criminally (forging government documents) influence a Presidential election, they are left with communing with the Dead? Did Kerry pick the "psychic" John Edward (of "Crossing Over" fame) as his running mate by mistake?

Worse yet, supposed lawyers here are arguing we should allow a Presidential election to be influenced by "evidence" that Ty knows he couldn't get into a slip and fall case.*
