No, but that's because there wouldn't have been the photographic proof available. Supply and demand. Kathy Bates (just an example -- based upon her jacuzzi scene in that movie with Jack Nicholson) may well be comfortable with her body, but there probably aren't a whole bucha pictures of her in the altogether floating around Internetville.
