Is it fine? Do I make this the standard hello for the women (and the men?) Granted I work with this particular office frequently, and see them at meetings generally 3 - 4 times a year.

It's really starting to bug me and I don't want to have that awkward moment.
You should make the hug the standard hello and if you sense any feelings of awkwardness just explain that you don't shake hands because in your experience you can't trust people in your firm to wash before leaving the restroom. If you combine this with lingering a little too long with the well-endowed women, your career should take off like a bullet.
