Greeting colleagues from other offices

Is it fine? Do I make this the standard hello for the women (and the men?) Granted I work with this particular office frequently, and see them at meetings generally 3 - 4 times a year.
It's really starting to bug me and I don't want to have that awkward moment.

Next time she goes in for the hug, give her a little nipple tweak. It'll either put an end to the hug or move her to the next level. It's only by having the courage to try that we learn.
