I ignored your post for a reason. Being the smartest
at politics is different than being the smartest generally speaking. And if I refuse to change my positions because I live in a red state where all I have to do to win is say, "I will reduce taxes," [primarily for the rich without regard to the consequences], it doesn't make me stupid. It makes me principled.
