As a side note, check out Sinclair's website with a listing of its stations. From a quick glance, I'm seeing a couple of random FOX and ABC affiliates, but a lot more of WB and UPN.
Maybe Sinclair's play to any FCC inquiry is not that the airing is either "political" or "news", but instead simply the opportunity to raise ratings for stations otherwise sentenced to air
