I think juries would be less likely to allow abortions than judges and appellate courts would.

When I want to get a TRO against a person, I am not a criminal either, but I have to go to a judge to get one. Whenever you want to do something that would limit another's rights, you have to go to a judge to be able to do that. You want to end another person's life.
