I think you whiffed. Ty can be hard to read, but I think what he was referring to is the effort by the Kerry campaign to thwart the inalienable rights of Nader supporters to vote for their guy. I mean if you are talking about screwing with the public's right to vote, the Nader crap dwarfs everything you're talking about.
