The Rs filed the first suit, and then complained to the media about how the Dems were trying to litigate the election and steal it in the courts. Their complaints got the headlines, in spite of the facts to the contrary.

Does this mean there's a conservative bias in the media? I don't think so, other than the obviously biased sources. I think it means more of a bias towards laziness. It's easier to quote Baker et al. than it is to investigate facts.
