Blue Crush -- an inspiring tale of how a hardworking surfer girl is able to overcome her fears and how love crosses all geographical, economic, and class boundaries. Plus, lots of cute chicks in bikinis. Best watched at bongthirty.
Blazing Saddles -- Mel Brooks classic and a breathtaking array of ethnic/sexual orientation jokes that would never make it to the screen today. Best watched at bongthirty.
Dazed and Confused -- maybe it's not as good as Slacker, but it cracks me up every time. Best watched at bongthirty.
Usual Suspects -- I still haven't figured out who Kaiser Soze is. Probably because it's always watched at bongthirty.
24 Hour Party People -- Fun movie that sort of tracks my interests and taste in pop music. Makes me nostalgic for those carefree days of complete irresponsibility. Season to taste.
I wouldn't consider these the "best" movies, but these seem to be the standbys when I can't decide what I want to watch and I'm not in the mood for porn.
