Colorado Dividing Up Electoral Vote - Good or Bad?

It would have been best if that challenge could have been heard before Election Day, but I guess that's not to be. If the thing passes, Bush and Kerry will split Colorado's votes 5-4, with the only question being who gets the extra one. (In the most recent poll out of Colorado, Bush is leading 47-42.)
This is f'ed up. either every state should do it, or none should. If California did this, Dems would never win again.
