Schilling pitching tonight makes me very nervous. This is not the time of year to be experimenting. Then again, is there anybody else left onthe pitching staff with more than 3 innings in their arm?

Pray for rain if you want to see Game 7. And I agree that the heartbreak of almost coming back, instead of being swept, is much more in the Red Sox oeuvre.

The Sox need to raise our hopes before smashing them. That's what it's like being a Sox fan, we come soooooo close and then pffft it's over and we're left mumbling into our plastic cups of Sam Adams little snippets about 'next year', 'lousy umpires' and 'fucking Yankees'.
If we have to lose in the ALCS it better be to the Yankees. Playing the Twins just wouldn't have been the same win or lose. The only way to get this monkey off our back is go through New York. Hopefully Game 6 will be another battle. I'd love to see Game 7, obviously not for the same reason as Thurgreed.
