I decline the proxy. I left this fight a couple weeks ago. If Club really doesn't understand that sometimes senators vote against a bill, not because they're opposed to the primary subject of the legislation, but because some other senator has attached an unpalatable amendment, then he's not knowledgeable enough to debate with. If Club is merely being disingenous, he's not worth wasting my time on. If he's merely being obtuse and intellectually dishonest, then let him just play with himself and we can move on to other things.
