Its a hyperbolic tool used to point out the unfairness and the inefficiency in the system. I could debate any anti-legalization guy into the ground with it, and I have before. Try it sometime and you'll see (don't mention one iota of your use). That is all. I don't really want to support killings, and I don't really support the death penalty (unfairness) in this country as it is (I'd vote against it in any case in a referundum that calls for our personal religious opinions). That said, I am for obeying the law as adults. See my avatar if there are any questions, ma'am.
