This is not remotely on topic, so I apologize for that. However, I was in so much pain this morning that I couldn't even bear to walk over to the closet to put clothes on until much later. I'm dressed now, of course. As far as you know.

I go to a sports medicine clinic when something like that happens to me (except my injuries are usually caused because I run (and I run like a spaz)). I get gimpy knees and ankles all the time. Some sports medicine physicians are miracleworkers.
