House of Sand and Fog
Apropos of pony, I watched House of Sand and Fog this weekend over champagne with my husband (an excellent way of dividing property - drink it together). Now there's an uplifting movie.
It's now in my category of "fucking house" movies - I start thinking "It's a fucking house - what is wrong with you?". Also e.g. Howard's End. Jesus.
