It's a generally discouraged practice in my family, though usually someone isn't cut off from moving on to another member until they've slept with one of us.
I just found out that my brother made out with a guy that I was messing around with earlier this summer. Preliminary reports indicate that I'm the better kisser.

In highschool, I would date someone and then my sister would, or vice versa. It happened several times. My parents never knew which of us someone was calling for. It kind of amused my sister and me more than anything else.
