In my view, no. Nothing said during sex should be taken seriously. Including yelling out Paul's name to Jeff.
eta this question reminds me of one of my guilty pleasure sucky movies "Swimfan", aka Fatal Attraction for teens, in which she makes him tell her that he loves her during sex even if he doesn't mean it.
