 No.  Use eggshell for bathrooms and areas of kitchens likely to be exposed to stain or moisture.  Possibly satin, but I think sem-gloss always looks too shiny.  For everything else, use matte.  Flat is too dead, I think.  YMMV, but no gloss at all.  Repeat after me.  No gloss at all, unless you are painting a bathroom stall with a glory hole.
I think that "regal" is the highest grade of Benjamin Moore paints, but check on this.  Retail is $35/gallon or so; you should be able to get it for $25/gallon or so by shopping around for quantities of greater than 5 gallons in one color.
