Dude, that half is more like 1/10th when you consider what the chick get stuck with. If you get a say, its a real small say - de minimus.
Think about it. What kind of arsehole society would we be if we let a guy who knocked a chick up tell her what she could or couldn't do afterward? Its like giving him a claim over her body. Thats offensive. And nuts.
But if he wants to abort and she wants to keep the kid, he should be able to walk away with no economic responsibility.
