Other than the trampampoline?
I liked the lawn darts as a kid, but, because they didn't cause enough injury, my sister and I built a ropes course. That was good for a fractured wrist. And I built a bike jump/ramp at the bottom of a small slope at my house. That was good for several busted nuts.
