I'm not offended. I just want to smack you. I don't think you're a bastard for writing "Homely, even." Bastard would imply that you were someone with some edge, rather than a mere dolt.
But please, do go on about how those homely women have succeeded despite their looks, because they are smart and hardworking, and all of these other condescending compliments you can pay the little ladies who don't get you hot, but shouldn't worry about it, because at least they're successful.
Thank goodness we have you to point out that the messages sent about women in business by the Apprentice are mixed. Because, you know, none of the women here had given these issues much thought before you came along.
