What ARE Gym Clothes, anyway
Mom's XMas gift to Dad: surprise membership to a gym (she doesn't know which yet) that won't be too fashionable a place. I have been instructed to buy Dad "workout clothes" to wear there (and for when the personal trainer comes to their house) but not sneakers. Socks -- easy -- but what else? Anything lycra or yoga pantish (NTTAWWT) is just wrong and I can't go there. Specific examples of what to get? Sweats? "Running shorts" even though he doesn't run? He'll be doing weight training and I guess Nautilus type equipment/stairmaster. Thx.
