The baseball cap can be sexy. The shorts can be sexy. the golf spikes are not sexy. The tank top could be sexy, but if you're wearing it braless, chances are you're playing in the John Daley Invitational with Coltrane, and thats not a very sexy event.
Why is the "Girl Next Door" always exceptionally wholesome looking? I had female neighbors growing up and one was pretty hot and rather unwholesome in her choice of attire. What was I supposed to call her? What if your neighbor is a lingerie model?
