I would add that Slave was never a part of the first generation, old skool GA community and thus will never have any old skool cred. A fact he tries to hide and get away with in this community of newbers and second generationers. But I am old skool, as is one of my fellow insurgents and we know the truth. And this truth frustrates Slave, for much like Henry Hill, he can never truly be a made man and thus has to glom on to Leste, the Joe Pesci of Lawtalkers, hoping to bask in the shadow of his glory.

I would just like to clairfy that we did not have sex during this period. I banged slave when he was just a newber, a baby. He was fourthyearslave at the time and I could not see his megalomaniacal tendencies at the time. [which is why one nighters are a bad idea, people, you really don't know who you are banging. I banged Saddam Hushave.) However, I shoudl have been deterred by his highly unorignial and witless moniker. But, no, he had that lebowski sock with the bongwater on the lanyard bracelet (still his best post ever) and he claimed to like the Dead, so I was intrigued. You know me, just say Leboski and Garcia in one sentence and I get all moist. Of course,no self respecing deadhead would be a right wing nazi and body shaver. But again, the one night thing- I didnt have the foresight- how was I to know? But the megalomaniacal and obsesive and no-life tendencies manifested themselves shortly thereafter, when he started compulsivley emailing and IMing every GA in the book, trying to meet them for mojitos, all in an effot to fill the holes of his empty life. I of course, returned to my then boyfriend, grateful to have some chest hair to snuggle into (actually, I cant remember- we might have been on a break or maybe it was just that I was on spring break from law school).

As I vaguely recall, it was less torture and more tedium with a full body rash. Kind of like going through boxes of documents that are covered in poison oak.
