What's not to buy? She just made one stop on the way to pick up some drugs, no big deal. Oh, and she didn't have enough money for the drugs, so she was nice to the guy and he gave them to her anyways. His friend, too. Friend drove her the rest of the way home - nice guy - and it was only after he left that she called.
So, yeh, it's just like she said.
