Annoying Oft-Repeated Phrases

When talking to my secretary, to paralegals, to junior associates, etc., I've started saying "You know what I mean?" at the end of requests. Like I'll say "Please match the proper signature pages up and put them in the folder for that document; you know what I mean?" or "I really need some help tonight with this closing. You know what I mean?"
I'm not sure where I picked it up, but now every time I say it I shudder inside. Must stop.
You know what I mean?

You should try mixing in an "and I ain't even lyin'" now and again, just for variety.
