I had to lose the "Shit ya" when I started at the law firm.
As well as the "Fuck 'em if they can't take a joke" response to any criticism.
It's not easy. I'd suggest wearing your favorite hairshirt equivalent for a few days to remind you constantly of the need to stop. Going casual was a problem for me, because I went back to "Shit ya" and "Fuck 'em" instinctively.
