I dont know why but sense that it goes back to her deep insecurities (and I mean deep, possibly related to her being adopted) and the fact that jews are percieved by some to make better husbands and treat women more nicely. I thinkthe Harry and Charlotte thing from SatC probably sums it up real well. Or as Jeremy Irons said i his role as Claus Von Bulow in one of the greatest lines in movie history "I have always admired the intellect and integrity of the Jewish People".
I was gonna suggest she convert now but she is not talking to me. If she cannot handle a jewess friend, how is she gonna make it in the tribe? We are Larry David.
