As I
posted on the gadgets board, Santa got the JBL thingy for the Not Bobette, and she loves it. I bought it at an Apple store during a break at an out of town deposition (as opposed to a "deposition") (alas) in November, and the genius* who waited on me said that this was much better than the Bose. Whatever.
That is what Apple calls their salespeople in the Apple stores. Seems pretty accurate based upon my limited interaction with them. One of these days, we'll get an Apple store here in Podunkville. [snort of derisive laughter]
