I love breakfast. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. However, I have not been out to breakfast in several months. Perhaps that is the source of recent bitterness. I like it alone, I like it with people I like, I don't like it with people I don't like, I don't like it with people who have a strict rule against reading the paper (or anything else, for that matter) at the table. I HATE IT when it is a business meeting because you can't enjoy it at all, and I feel compelled to get the fruit and bullshit carry-able food even though I'm at a RESTAURANT where I could get pancakes and waffles and french toast and egg scrambles and stuff.
and, of course, mmmmmmm, breakfast.
