I'm not seeing the allure of this either. "Chicks" (at least this one) don't generally like cafeteria food or the "all you can eat" concept. Gross. Typically unhealthy also. Butter and oil makes huge vats of crap less sticky!!!!! (or so I was told when I complained during college)

I recall thinking that my parents were being ripped off by the meal plan at my college because it was a flat fee for each meal, and I typically would have, say, an apple and a diet coke. If I had the option of simply buying the apple and the diet coke I would have done that and saved major coin. Now I have that option. And if I want an actual good meal, I will go to a nice restaurant and order an actual good meal.

I don't even go to fast food restaurants because I hate the concept of carrying my own food to table and using paper napkins to sop the grease off the "food." Yuck. Screw any restaurant where you can't get a cocktail, and screw Applebees or Bennigan's or TGIFriday's too. Oh--and screw anyplace that serves meals "family style." If I wanted family style, I would have brought my mom and dad.
