Oh. The decanting is draining your bladder, refilling it with the desired beverage, and then peeing the beverage into cups/glasses/directly into people's mouths.
Actually, maybe it's yeast infections that I am thinking are encouraged by high sugar levels in urine (or non-urine peeing), and not UTIs.
Anyway, there was another letter about "ball-popping" but no explanation of what this is, other than it is dangerous and can cause sterility and impotence, was given. So I want to know what it is.
