I prefer to know that a man reads nutritional information -- and has a clue about what he puts into his body. He doesn't have to pay strict attention to his diet, but he should know ballpark what he is consuming.
Personally, I have no problem with men who take care of themselves and their skin. If they wish to hit the salon, highlight their hair, get their nails done, etc., more power to them. It doesn't make them any less manly or attractive.

My problem is that its girly behavior. NTTAWWT. I dont think Clint Eastwood would say "oh that burrtio mexicano with chicken has 988 calories, better not" and/or frost his hair. A real man follows his appetite, doesnt eat when he isnt hungry, skips the pork rinds and gets sufficeint exercise. Like all people should. I have come a long way to not have to count fucking calories so I dont need my man doing it. Vanity turns me off. You can look good and be healthy without being obsessive and or vain.
Highlighted hair is just a gay man's province. Again, NTTAWWT.
