It means that, with a few short keystrokes, they can find the name of the firm or company that is registered as holding your particular address.
Whether you have a window office or a cube, no, I don't think they can see that, unless your firm or company uses an older version of NetWare.
Finally, as for the panties and bra issue, if you don't want them to know, don't sit so close to the screen. (That's just common sense.)
