Vanity? A Stroke? Death by Mercury?

It's the mercury content that scares me. There was some study that came out recently about the ridiculous amount of mercury in fish generally, but most especially in fishes like tuna, swordfish and shark (ick). I seriously eat sushi a couple of times per week (Abe in Newport is the best in OC and is very close to Nobu/Matsuhisa quality)...one of the big reasons (other than my indentured servitude) not to get pregnant--no way I could give up sushi.

I have never heard of getting hepatitis from sushi. I figure that I already got every vaccination known to man in the Army, so I am covered.
