You buy fake tits, you're looking to show those babies off. You aren't going to be too offended if someone casually says "Nice goddamned work, Puppy." Its all in the delivery.

I assure you, if some hot guy comes up to you and says "You look great in that dress" you aren't going to slap him. You're probably going to find a way to let him into your twisted panties. "You look great in that dress" translates to "Your tits and ass look fantastic right now." Every time a man has said that to you and you've said "Thank you" in return, you've effectively thanked him for complimenting your T&A.

Semantics. We'd all do better without so many words. Making "Hello, would you like to have a few more drinks, then fuck?" acceptable would have made life so much easier.
