A Congressional committee is expected to issue subpoenas Wednesday afternoon to force seven current and former major league baseball stars to testify about steroids.
The list includes current stars Curt Schilling, Sammy Sosa, Jason Giambi, Rafael Palmeiro and Frank Thomas, and former stars Jose Canseco and Mark McGwire.
Mark McGwire has politely declined.
Can he do that?
