SAN FRANCISCO - A Superior Court judge has ruled that California's law limiting marriage to a union between a man and a woman is unconstitutional.

And here is your fucking link

The opinion had been anxiously awaited because of San Francisco's historical role as a gay rights battleground.

San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer said in his ruling: "It appears that no rational purpose exists for limiting marriage in this state to opposite-sex partners."
So if my friends Mike and Jim got married two years ago, then had thier marriage voided by the California Supreme Court, do I have to buy them another present?
