Things that suck.
Things that suck include all of the following, but especially all of them together:
(1) Working late.
(2) Working late enough to miss dinner.
(3) Working late on St. Patrick's Day.
(4) Working late on St. Patrick's Day and listening to the noise from people carousing at bars nearby.
(5) Working late and getting home and discovering that they opened the nice bottle of zinfandel you'd been wanting to try this weekend.
(6) They finished the bottle.
(7) And your father-in-law didn't like it and doesn't think it's worth getting again.
