NEW YORK - Peter Jennings, the chief ABC News anchorman for more than 20 years, has been diagnosed with lung cancer and will begin outpatient treatment next week, the network said Tuesday.
Jennings, 66, has been feeling ill for the past several months and was replaced Saturday on coverage of the pope’s death by anchor Charles Woodruff.
So, if you've been feeling ill for several months - you just ignore it and hope it will go away?
