Friendships are more important than most relationships. I don't know how close the two friends were (getting drunk after a funeral seems to imply that they were pretty good friends), but if this girl was so hot and smart and incredible, there is a possibility that Guy A would want her back. Fucking her two weeks later without finding that out pretty much ends that possibility. Hell, I bet half of the people posting here on this one are full of shit -- trying to make everyone seem like they are above it all. Give me a break. Something like that would affect a friendship.

They went out for 2 years, which means their relationship was probably in a downward spiral for the last 21 months. Everyone could see that so they were emotionally prepared by the time it was made official. If Guy B was good enough friends to support Guy A after the funeral, he'd probably know where Guy A stood on the recycling issue. Guy A is just being immature and territorial.
