Not only that, but what is he complaining about? He comes across (heh) as a pretty decent guy in her posts. I had forgotten all about washingtonienne until this -- I didn't even recognize her real name until I hit the link. Now he looks like a jerk.
I'm sorta sympathetic to the idea that one should be able to have a relationship without having the details posted for all to see and mock, but a dignified silence would have been a better response.
Interesting that that a Republican lawyer would file a suit like this. Tort reform, indeed. I guess it ain't a frivolous suit when it's your ox that is being gored.
