He gets to tell his side of the story. Namely, that she asked for the spanking, which nobody will care about, and that she's a big ole ho, which everybody already knew.
Not bob, why does he look like a jerk? Because he's not being "dignified" about it? She's a repugnant person and probably deserves whatever difficulty this lawsuit causes her, regardless of how meritless his claim may be under the law, and regardless of his incredibly poor judgment in banging a much younger staffer. She knew when she posted his initials that anyone on Capitol Hill could figure out who he was, and she didn't do it out of some concern that he might take advantage of other helpless young things. The fact that she profited from her behavior is pretty appalling, although not surprising, and I can only imagine how much it causes him to seethe.
